Returns & Cancellations

By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. If your wine is corked, you can receive a replacement per stock limitations, or value of the purchased wine will be refunded back to your credit card. Please send an email to to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.

Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the business office at 206 855 5521 for return instructions.


Please note: Our wines are old and that is part of their allure, however ours are now over a decade old and our corks can be challenging. Therefore, with any discounted price, we cannot accept any returns or give credit for the wines once sold. Caveat emptor. We believe the tradeoff is worth it and think you will too.
